Diary 2008

Here I will try to keep you updated on what is happening besides showresults. If I have pictures from one event or something fun has happened, here is where you will find that.

June
I have another litter of puppies out of Rowleys Angels Delight of Miki. They are four weeks now and all males. They are all sold. This will be the last litter this year, maybe there will be another one around the new year. I am hoping to mate my japanese import at her next heat, which will be sometime in oct-nov.

We are now "warming" up for the World Winners Show in July and all my dogs have started shedding. Typical isn't it?
The WW-show has 99 entered JS but beleive it or not - the JS CLUB show has well over 100 entries. (monday 7th July)

I have to congratulate R Xorro of Felix and R Zhenya Takes it all for having won BOB and BOS last weekend. This was the owners first show all alone with both dogs and she seem to have done well :-)
Zelda won her first CC, we are hoping that she might get her title this year.
There will be a large numer of our dogs represented at the WW shows so if you would like to see most of our active show dogs - don't miss out on the WW.

  April

Divas puppies are growing and being happy little babies. They are both lovely puppies with a nice attitude.
The expecting litter might be all spoken for, but I can not say to 100% at the moment. It all depends on how many puppies she gets and how many are still waiting for a puppy.

We had a succesful year meeting with the Swedish Japanese Spitz Club and at their annual awards we took quite a few. We are very proud to be top breeders for the third time! We like to thank all our puppy buyers for your help. Without you it is not possible!

We will take a little "time-out" with showing before WW in Stockholm. We have some nice youngsters coming up and they will be presented there. I will also work a little with my judging and learning new breeds.

We are also having our 25th celebration this year! I haven't figured out how to celabrate since the WW-show is taking up most of my mind and plannining. I was honored with the chairman task within the Spitz club for spitz and primitive breed of Sweden. A rather heavy task with lots of duties and responsabilities. I am looking forward to do it, but it does take up a lot of my "free" time.

Anyway - keep up looking in for more exciting news!

Have you not put your dog in the JS book I'm writing? Its not too late..check out my site and send in the information ASAP!

March

I have some interesting news to share.

Diva has deliverd her puppie, we got two in the litter. Both are spoken for. I have mated one older diva daughter with a handsome male with some of our "old lines" in the background and I am really excited to see what comes out of there.
We have been to Stockholm International Dog Show which has become a "tradition" at easter. This time we brought Xorro of Felix and Cotton Eye Jane. Sailor Moon with her owner was also there.
Xorro entered his second show and he gained his second CC and is now looking out for the third which will give him the title "Swedish Champion". Keep all you fingers X:ed for his next shows in April for that to happen.
Cotton Eye Jane "Conni" entered her first official show in the Junior Class and she ended up as fourth best bitch. A completely satisfying result. This was a "warm up " for the World Winners Show i July which will be held at the same grounds. If you can make it to Sweden between the 4th and 8th of July you will see lots of JS around and rumours says that we might have some japanese visitors on four legs as well. How exciting!!
Xorro won his first BOB at this competition and he was looking amazing today. Unfortunately he was a little bit tired from a long trip and leaving his best friend at home in heat. So he was honest at worked with me, but he would probably rather stayed in the crate sleeping this day.

Dont miss out on the meeting with JS fanciers in Stockholm in July. I have a link on my page to more information about it. (and the new International Japanese spitz book will be released as well)

  January

We are planning puppies for spring. One female has just been mated and hoping to be able to present more news as they come.

Just want to thank all the visitors for a great year 2007. I hope to be able to present more news and interesting information during 2008.

I have received lots of lovely pictures from puppybuyers all over Europe and I am really pleased to get them. I will try to publish some of them as they come in. Its my new years resolution for you :-)

We went to Gothenburg international show first weekend in January with a new puppy Rowleys Cotton Eye Jane out of our Japanese import "Aiko!" and home bred Rowleys Paler Shade of White. The puppy "Connie" behaved perfectly and won two BOB puppy.
We also had BOB both days with Rowleys Neon Flash and Rowleys Sailor Moon won one day each. Neon Flash made her debut as veteran as well and won Best In Show veteran 4 and Best in show veteran- R.
So as a summary for one weekend we had
2* Bob-puppy
2* BOB
2* BOB-veteran
2* Veteran Best in Show
and also Ostara of M Early Summer took her final CC for her Swedish champions title. Yooohooo! A Weekend to celebrate for a long while.
